By accessing or using the ShriLand Properties website, mobile application or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

ShriLand Properties is a verified property marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, tenants, owners, associates, contractors, builders, lawyers and service providers across India, launching first in Uttar Pradesh. Our guiding principle is "Honesty is our Dynasty."

ShriLand Properties operates on a clear, transparent commission of only 2% on a successfully closed transaction through our platform, applicable as per our published commercial sheet. There are no hidden charges, no surprise fees and no inflated brokerage. Posting a property is and will remain free.

We operate a 4-level verification system (mobile, document, physical and legal) and make sincere efforts to verify ownership, identity and basic legal standing of premium listings. A "Verified" badge reflects checks performed at the time of verification and does not capture changes thereafter. Users must independently confirm all material facts, documents, title and possession status, ideally through their own lawyer and a personal site visit, before any financial commitment.

We do our very best to verify properties and provide the best possible service. However, nothing on the internet is 100% guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShriLand Properties, its founders, employees, associates and affiliates do not take any responsibility for any fraudulent matter, misrepresentation, dispute, financial loss or harm of any kind caused by third parties — including any owner, builder, tenant, associate, contractor, lawyer or service provider listed or contacted via the platform. Full details are in our Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

You agree to (a) provide accurate information, (b) use the platform lawfully and respectfully, (c) not post misleading, infringing or fraudulent listings, (d) not attempt to bypass verification, and (e) independently verify all property details before any payment or commitment.

If you suspect any fraudulent listing, associate or transaction, please write to hello@shriland.com immediately. We act on every credible report and will remove offending content and associates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
